- Proper salary ranges and benefits listed
- Timely updates or removal of filled positions
- All communication with candidates
- The hiring process and final employment decisions
JobsIrish.ie acts solely as a platform provider and bears no responsibility for the content, accuracy, or legality of job postings. Employers agree to indemnify and hold harmless JobsIrish.ie from any claims, damages, or legal issues arising from their job postings.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
5. Candidate Responsibilities
Candidates are responsible for the accuracy of information provided in applications, resumes, and profiles. False or misleading information may result in account termination.
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use JobsIrish.ie for:
- Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings
- Discriminatory hiring practices
- Harvesting email addresses or personal information
- Spam or unsolicited communications
- Posting jobs for illegal activities
- Violating any local, national, or international laws
7. Payment and Refunds
All purchases of job posting credits and packages are final. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on our credit and voucher system.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your privacy. All personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR and Irish data protection laws. By using our service, you consent to our data collection and processing practices.
9. Limitation of Liability
JobsIrish.ie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. We do not guarantee job placement or hiring outcomes.
