Remote Growth Engineer: CRO, AI & Automations

Paradox is looking for a hands-on Growth CRO to join our remote-first team. You’ll dissect funnels, design and ship experiments, and own the data-driven optimization from headlines to landing pages and AI-assisted assets.

You’ll work with GA4, Amplitude, Hotjar and other tools to surface insights, run 2–3 year growth experiments, and drive conversions at scale. A self-starter, you move fast and ship outcomes, not plans.
