Audit Manager

Our client is expanding and currently seeking a full-timeAudit Manager to join their growing team. They are looking for a commercially minded, motivated, and ambitious individual who is ready for a challenge in a sector that has doubled in size in Ireland over the past three years—and is projected to double again within the next two.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a portfolio of clients, delivering high-quality audit, accounting and advisory services.
• Act as the main client contact, ensuring effective planning, budgetary control, and timely delivery.
• Oversee and develop team members, maintaining high standards of work and client service.
• Support business growth through advisory work and identifying new opportunities.

Requirements

• Qualified Accountant with minimum 3 years PQE and 2 years management experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of audit and accounting principles.
• Proven ability to manage multiple assignments and lead teams effectively.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and commercial skills.

• Competitive salary (€75,000 – €80,000 DOE) with eligibility for discretionary bonus and profit-sharing plan.
